Trang này hướng dẫn cách xoá tài khoản của bạn và toàn bộ dữ liệu liên quan khỏi ứng dụng Chalkbook do [Tên nhà phát triển] phát hành. This page explains how to delete your account and all associated data from the Chalkbook app published by [Developer name].
Xoá ngay trong ứng dụng (khuyến nghị) Delete inside the app (recommended)
- Mở ứng dụng Chalkbook và đăng nhập.
- Vào Cài đặt (biểu tượng ⚙️ ở góc trên bên phải màn hình chính).
- Kéo xuống mục Tài khoản và chạm Xoá tài khoản.
- Đọc cảnh báo và xác nhận. Tài khoản cùng toàn bộ dữ liệu sẽ bị xoá ngay lập tức.
- Open the Chalkbook app and sign in.
- Go to Settings (the ⚙️ icon at the top-right of the home screen).
- Scroll to the Account section and tap Delete account.
- Read the warning and confirm. Your account and all its data are deleted immediately.

If you no longer have the app installed, email tworubystudio@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my account”, sent from the same email address you signed in with (so we can verify it's you). We will process the request and delete your account within 30 days.
Dữ liệu nào bị xoá What gets deleted
- ✓ Tài khoản đăng nhập (Google / Apple) của bạn.
- ✓ Toàn bộ lớp học, danh sách học sinh, điểm số và ghi chú — trên máy và trên đám mây.
- ✓ Bản sao lưu (backup) trên đám mây và dữ liệu tra cứu ở cổng phụ huynh.
- ✓ Your sign-in account (Google / Apple).
- ✓ All classes, student lists, grades and notes — on your device and in the cloud.
- ✓ Cloud backups and the parent-portal lookup data.
⚠️ Về gói đăng ký trả phí About paid subscriptions
Xoá tài khoản không tự động huỷ gói đăng ký. Việc thanh toán do App Store (Apple) hoặc Google Play quản lý, nên bạn cần huỷ gói riêng trong phần Subscriptions của App Store hoặc Google Play để ngừng bị tính tiền. Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription. Billing is handled by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play, so you must cancel it separately in the Subscriptions section of the App Store or Google Play to stop being charged.
Thời gian lưu giữ Data retention
Khi xoá trong ứng dụng, dữ liệu được xoá ngay. Với yêu cầu qua email, dữ liệu được xoá trong vòng 30 ngày. Chúng tôi không giữ lại bản sao nào sau khi xoá, trừ khi pháp luật yêu cầu lưu giữ trong một khoảng thời gian nhất định. When you delete in-app, data is removed immediately. For email requests, data is deleted within 30 days. We keep no copies after deletion, except where law requires us to retain certain records for a limited period.
